Dashboards & Reporting
Walk into your next team meeting knowing what needs attention.
Build focused dashboards and reports in CreateMomento. Review inquiries, appointments and sales activity so your team can decide what to do next.
Built around your work
Spend the meeting on decisions, not assembling numbers.
One person brings a spreadsheet, another brings a screenshot, and the meeting starts with an argument about the numbers. A useful dashboard gives the team a shared question, a defined measure and a place to investigate what changed.
Dashboards & Reporting
Start with the decision. Then build the view.
- 01
Choose the question
Choose a decision the team needs to make. Give the report an owner.
- 02
Define the measures
Choose supported data, filters and dates. Agree on definitions and check the numbers against source records.
- 03
Review and act
Investigate what changed, assign the next step and keep a regular review rhythm.
Give each meeting a useful starting point.
Prepare a sales check-in
A service-business owner can review opportunities with the team and decide which conversations need attention next.
Plan appointment coverage
An office manager can review appointment activity before discussing staffing and follow-up. Booking counts and completed visits answer different questions.
Ask better marketing questions
A marketing lead can inspect recorded sources and investigate which inquiries became useful conversations. Missing tracking stays visible as a gap, not an invented result.
Dashboards & Reporting
Choose the view that helps your team decide.
A focused set of measures is easier to use than a wall of charts. Give every report a purpose and a person responsible for its meaning.
Custom dashboardsGive different teams a relevant view.
Arrange supported contact, appointment, opportunity and other activity widgets into focused dashboards. Choose charts or tables to suit the question instead of displaying every available metric.
Segments and source contextInvestigate where a change is happening.
Filter supported contact widgets by fields such as owner or tags. Attribution views depend on recorded tracking data; imported or manually added contacts may be absent from source breakdowns.
Dates and comparisonsCompare measures that mean the same thing.
Check the date field behind a number and any widget-specific period. A record created this week is not necessarily a service delivered this week. Keep definitions consistent when comparing periods.
Custom calculationsGive an important measure a clear definition.
Where account access supports custom metrics, combine eligible measures in a formula. Document the numerator, denominator and date basis. A valid calculation can still answer the wrong business question.
Team accessShare the view with the right people.
Set dashboard visibility and role permissions, including who can edit and export. Review access before sharing sensitive data. A downloaded or emailed report needs its own recipient check.
Scheduled reportsBring the review to the team on a regular schedule.
Prepare a custom report for email delivery or PDF export. An emailed report captures a point in time; later changes do not update it. Check the saved period and recipients before scheduling.
Dashboards & Reporting
Turn a number into a better question.
A sales meeting with a clear next step
A contractor reviews opportunity activity before the weekly meeting. The team checks the underlying records and finds proposals waiting for a decision. Each salesperson leaves with a specific conversation to follow up on.
Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.
A booking number that needs context
A studio sees fewer appointments in a report. Before changing its offer, the manager checks the period and whether the measure uses booking creation or appointment date. The team compares equivalent periods before drawing a conclusion.
Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.
A monthly report with an owner
An agency prepares a concise report for an approved client recipient. The account manager checks the figures and adds context before delivery. The report supports a discussion about next steps; it is not proof that every change came from a campaign.
Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.
Useful reporting starts with the work behind the numbers.
Keep the records and processes that feed a dashboard clear enough for the team to trust.

Build the reporting your team will actually use.
We check your account, available features and usage needs before recommending a plan. Software access, custom setup and ongoing management are scoped separately.
Questions before you start
Can this report on every tool we use?
No. Start with supported account data and eligible connections. A tool needs a supported data path before its activity can appear meaningfully. We review the source and the question before promising a combined report.
Will it show our return on investment?
A chart alone does not prove ROI. You need reliable revenue and cost information, consistent definitions and a defensible attribution method. We help separate recorded activity from conclusions the data cannot support.
Why might a source chart show fewer contacts?
Some attribution widgets include only contacts with recorded attribution. Compare their filters with the total contact count before treating a difference as lost inquiries.
Can we create our own calculations?
Custom metrics support formulas from eligible measures when available in the account. Access must be confirmed separately. Define the inputs and dates first, then check the result against records your team understands.
Can someone receive a report without logging in?
Scheduled custom reports can be emailed to approved recipients without an account. Dashboard share links require authentication. Check recipients and report contents explicitly; do not assume an email adapts its data to each reader.
Does a PDF contain the complete dashboard?
No. Email and PDF tables are limited to the first 100 records, and drill-down interaction is unavailable. Use an authorized account view when the team needs the underlying detail.
Why can two reports show different numbers?
Date fields, widget overrides, filters, time zones and available source data can differ. Check those before assuming one report is wrong. A sent email is a saved snapshot, not a live view.
What should we bring to a strategy call?
Bring the decisions you make regularly, the systems involved and a sample of the measures you currently use. We can define a useful first dashboard and the setup or analysis support it needs.
