Email Marketing
Give customers a useful reason to hear from you.
Create newsletters, segment recipients and plan email follow-up in CreateMomento. Keep messages relevant and give readers a clear next step.
Built around your work
Build the relationship beyond the first inquiry.
You have useful advice and customers who want to hear it, but each email starts from scratch. A consistent email process helps your team choose the audience, prepare the message and follow through when someone responds.
Email Marketing
From a useful idea to a considered send.
- 01
Choose the audience
Identify who needs the message and confirm permission to contact them.
- 02
Prepare the email
Use your brand, one clear purpose and a next step. Preview before sending.
- 03
Send
Choose the timing, review delivery and responses, then improve the next message.
Make each email serve a customer need.
Keep customers informed
Share useful advice, service updates or upcoming opportunities with people who expect to hear from your business.
Help an inquiry move forward
Give an interested prospect information that helps them prepare, compare options or book the next conversation.
Support the customer after purchase
Explain how to get started or care for a completed project. Keep promotional messages appropriate to the relationship.
Email Marketing
Build a repeatable email process around your customers.
Use the tools to support a useful message. A bigger send is not automatically a better one.
Recipient selectionGive the message a relevant audience.
Choose contacts or a Smart List for supported bulk sends. Review who is included before scheduling. The recipient set for that sending method is captured when scheduled, so do not assume later list changes will add people.
Templates and editingKeep your brand consistent across sends.
Create reusable email layouts with text, images and a clear action. Preview the message and check a test in the email clients your audience uses. A saved template is a starting point, not a scheduled campaign.
Campaign timingPrepare the message before the deadline.
Send a campaign at a chosen time. Decide when it is useful to the reader, confirm the recipient selection and check the final content before committing the send.
Automated follow-upContinue a conversation from a defined event.
Configured workflows can send a sequence after an event such as a form submission. Define enrollment, timing and when follow-up should stop or move to a person. A one-time campaign does not create that sequence by itself.
Subject or content testsLearn from a focused comparison.
Run a supported A/B test on subject lines or email content, one type per campaign. Choose the engagement criterion and test window before sending. A winning click or open rate does not establish a sales result.
Delivery and response reviewSee where the email process needs attention.
Review delivery, bounce, unsubscribe and engagement statistics for supported sends. Delivered means accepted by the recipient server, not guaranteed inbox placement. Check actual replies and next steps alongside tracked activity.
Email Marketing
What relevant follow-up can look like.
A useful seasonal reminder
A maintenance business prepares advice for customers who opted into updates. The office checks the recipient list, tests the email and schedules it before the season. A team member handles replies about service needs.
Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.
After someone requests a guide
A consultant configures a workflow for the relevant form. The first email provides the requested resource, followed by appropriate information about the next decision. Enrollment and stopping rules keep the sequence aligned with the relationship.
Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.
A clearer invitation
A studio compares two email subject lines using the same message. The team reviews the selected engagement metric, then checks actual appointment inquiries before deciding what to reuse. The test is a learning exercise, not a promise of more bookings.
Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.
Connect the email to the next part of the relationship.
An email works best when its audience, destination and follow-up fit together.

Questions before you start
Can we use our existing contact list?
Review its source, permission records and current relevance first. Having an email address is not proof that someone agreed to marketing. We do not position this as a tool for purchased-list blasts.
Can we send a newsletter and an automated sequence?
Yes. Campaigns support planned broadcasts; configured workflows support event-based follow-up. Define each separately so a contact does not receive overlapping or inappropriate messages.
Is a scheduled Smart List send always up to date?
For the documented Contacts bulk-email path, recipients are captured at scheduling time. Review the recipient set rather than assuming it keeps expanding. Confirm behavior for the sending method you choose.
Can we test subject lines and content together?
The documented campaign A/B test supports either subject or content testing per campaign. Start with one question and a suitable audience size. The chosen engagement winner is not proof of higher revenue.
Will every email reach the inbox?
No. Sender setup, list quality, reputation and recipient systems affect delivery. Check authentication and sending practices before launch. A successful send or server acceptance does not guarantee inbox placement.
How do people stop receiving marketing emails?
Use a working unsubscribe path and honor opt-outs. Check the configured experience before sending. Software controls support your process, but they do not establish consent or guarantee legal compliance.
Is this the same as Business Email & Verification?
No. This page covers campaigns and customer follow-up. Business Email & Verification covers sending infrastructure and address verification. Explore that offer and confirm both content work and sending terms.
