CRM & Contact Management
Know your customer. Know the next step.
Bring customer details, conversation history and follow-up tasks together in CreateMomento, so your team can pick up where the last conversation left off.
Built around your work
Stop rebuilding the story every time someone calls.
A customer calls about an estimate. The details are in one inbox, the last update is in a spreadsheet, and the teammate who helped is away. A shared contact record gives your team a place to find the context and continue the conversation.

CRM & Contact Management
Make a handoff feel like a continuation.
Keep the customer’s request and your team’s notes together. The next person can understand what was discussed before asking the customer to explain it again.
CRM & Contact Management
Turn a contact list into a working customer record.
- 01
Capture the useful details
Bring in a new inquiry or a reviewed CSV import. Record the source, contact details and information your team needs to help.
- 02
Give the next step an owner
Assign the contact, add a note and create a follow-up task with a due date. Make responsibility visible.
- 03
Keep the record current
Review recorded conversations and update the details after each interaction. Use saved lists to find contacts who need attention.
Make the next conversation more useful.
Respond with context
See recorded conversations and notes before replying. Your team can address the open question and avoid repeating work already done.
Make follow-up easier to track
Put a task, due date and responsible teammate beside the customer record. A promise made on a call has a place to be tracked.
Find the right group of customers
Filter contacts by details such as tags or custom fields. Prepare a relevant list for review instead of searching the whole database each time.
CRM & Contact Management
A useful record goes beyond a name and number.
Choose the details and working habits that help your team serve customers. Access depends on your plan and user permissions.
Customer historyStart with what your team already knows.
Review recorded messages, notes and appointments alongside contact details. History depends on the channels you connect and information you record; it does not automatically include every conversation held elsewhere.
Owners and tasksMake the next action someone’s responsibility.
Assign a contact to a teammate and add dated follow-up tasks. Notes explain what happened; tasks make the next action explicit. Automatic assignment and follow-up sequences require a configured workflow.
Custom fields and tagsKeep details that matter to your business.
Use a field for information such as a service area or renewal date, and tags for useful labels. Agree on naming and ownership so the team records information consistently.
Smart ListsReturn to a customer group without rebuilding the search.
Save a filtered contact view that updates as records meet or leave its criteria. For example, review past customers tagged for a particular service. List membership does not send a message or establish permission to contact someone.
Imports and duplicate reviewBring existing contacts into a cleaner working list.
An administrator can map a CSV import to contact fields. Review matching rules and a sample first. Duplicate records can be reviewed and merged, but merges are permanent and not every type of data combines. Check the master record and affected information before confirming.
Communication preferencesKeep outreach decisions connected to the record.
Review channel preferences and Do Not Disturb settings before outreach. Store relevant consent details in your process. Having a contact in the CRM is not permission to send marketing messages.

See how it fits a working day.
A home-service estimate
An office coordinator opens an inquiry, checks the requested service and adds the customer’s preferred visit window. A task goes to the estimator with a due date. When the customer calls again, the team can review the note and task instead of starting over.
Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.
A consulting handoff
After a discovery call, a consultant records the business goal and the question still awaiting an answer. The teammate preparing the proposal reviews that context and takes ownership of the follow-up task. The record supports the handoff; someone still needs to do the work.
Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.
A customer list for a new offer
A studio saves a Smart List using its existing service-interest tags. As those tags change, the list changes too. Before preparing an email, the team reviews the group and communication preferences. Saving the list does not send a campaign.

Questions before you start
What is a CRM, in plain language?
A customer relationship management tool is a shared place for information about the people your business works with. In CreateMomento, contact details connect with recorded activity, notes and tasks so the team can understand the relationship and follow up.
Can we bring contacts from a spreadsheet or another CRM?
Yes, supported contact data can be imported through a mapped CSV file by an administrator. Review fields and matching rules first. Conversation history, files and other records may need a separate migration approach; a contact import does not move everything from another system.
Will it automatically clean up every duplicate?
No. Matching settings help manage incoming records, and duplicate tools help identify records for review. Check that they belong to the same person before merging. A merge is permanent, and retention varies by data type.
How are Smart Lists different from tags?
A tag is a label on a contact. A Smart List is a saved set of filter rules, which can include tags and other available fields. Contacts enter or leave the list as their details match or stop matching those rules.
Does adding a task send the customer a message?
No. A follow-up task tracks work for your team. Sending a message or running an automated sequence is a separate action with its own configuration and communication requirements.
Can everyone see every contact?
Visibility depends on user roles and account settings. Define who needs access during setup and test those roles before using the workspace with your team.
Is this the same as a sales pipeline?
They work together. A contact record describes the person and relationship. A pipeline tracks an opportunity, including its stage and next sales activity.
What is included in the service?
The platform plan defines software access. Migration, field design, automation and ongoing data management have separate scopes. We review your needs and existing coverage before recommending a plan or setup project.
