Document summary
This Cookie Policy explains how CreateMomento uses cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on the CreateMomento public website.
The short version: essential storage keeps the website working, aggregate measurement helps us improve the site, and optional analytics, personalization, and advertising signals run only according to your choices.
What cookies and similar technologies do
Cookies and similar technologies help the website remember consent choices, operate forms, understand aggregate traffic, measure performance, and protect against abuse.
Some storage is necessary for the website to function. Other measurement is optional and controlled through the privacy choices panel.
- Essential storage supports consent records, basic site operation, form state, security, fraud prevention, and routing.
- Aggregate measurement helps us understand page views, traffic sources, device category, rough geography, and content performance without building a detailed visitor profile.
- Optional analytics, personalization, and advertising signals are used only when you select those choices.
Consent choices
The privacy control first lets you reject optional measurement or allow all optional measurement. The Customize option lets you choose Analytics, Personalization, or Advertising if you want a more specific setting.
Essential-only is the default when no optional choice has been made.
Rejecting optional measurement does not block access to the public website. It limits deeper journey, performance, personalization, and advertising signals.
Accepting analytics may enable first-party journey events, section exposure, button interaction, form progress, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript error, resource failure, API latency, dead-click, rage-click, and form-friction signals.
Analytics and performance measurement
When analytics is accepted, CreateMomento may use privacy-safe first-party analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and self-hosted analytics to understand website performance, campaign quality, and lead journey quality.
We do not send email, phone number, raw IP address, precise location, or internal pseudonymous visitor IDs as Plausible custom properties.
Analytics signals are used to improve the website, diagnose broken or slow experiences, measure conversion paths, and generate internal recommendations that remain advisory until reviewed by an operator.
Personalization and advertising
If personalization is accepted, CreateMomento may use pseudonymous visitor preferences to improve recommendations, page relevance, or future experience continuity.
If advertising is accepted, CreateMomento may enable advertising storage, ad personalization, ad user data, remarketing, conversion tags, and attribution where supported by the advertising tools we use and allowed by law.
Changing your preferences
You can reopen the privacy choices control on the website and update your selection at any time.
Changing your preference updates future measurement behavior. Some aggregate or server-side records may remain where needed for security, compliance, billing, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, or legal retention.
