Appointment Scheduling
Make the next appointment easier to book.
Let customers choose an available time, share the details you need and receive appointment updates. Keep booking connected to your team’s calendar and customer records.
Built around your work
Spend less time asking which time works.
By the time you agree on a day, a time and who should attend, a simple appointment can become a long message thread. Give customers a booking path based on the appointment you offer and the availability your team has set.

Appointment Scheduling
Give your team room to prepare.
Set availability and leave time between appointments. Customers get a clear choice of slots while your team plans around the work each meeting requires.
Appointment Scheduling
From a booking link to a prepared conversation.
- 01
Define the appointment
Choose the host or team, duration, location and questions to ask. Set availability and connect the calendars that should block busy times.
- 02
Let the customer choose
Share a booking link or add it to your website. The customer selects an offered time and provides the required details.
- 03
Prepare and follow through
Use configured confirmations and reminders to share the appointment details. Review the customer record before meeting and make the next step clear afterward.
Fit the appointment to the way you work.
Make consultations easier to arrange
Give interested prospects a direct way to choose an available time. Your team can prepare from the booking details instead of coordinating everything by message.
Use the right team calendar
Offer an appointment with one available teammate or a time when several required hosts can attend. Choose the model before sharing the link.
Keep changes easier to follow
Let customers reschedule or cancel within your configured rules. Appointment updates give the team a chance to adjust its day.
Appointment Scheduling
Build the booking experience around the appointment.
Calendar types offer different settings. We help identify the appropriate setup; availability, connected services and usage depend on your plan and configuration.
Availability and breathing roomOffer times your team can realistically cover.
Set working hours, appointment length, advance notice and buffers where supported. Leave room for preparation or travel. Booking windows and daily limits help you control how much of the calendar customers can book.
Connected calendarsUse busy events when deciding what to offer.
Connect a supported external calendar and choose which calendars should block conflicts. Keep permissions and sync healthy. The booking page relies on those connections and settings; it cannot guarantee that every conflict is prevented.
Team and group schedulingMatch the calendar type to who must attend.
Round robin assigns a booking to an eligible teammate using configured availability and distribution rules. Collective booking finds a time for multiple required hosts. Class booking offers seats to multiple customers in one session. These are distinct setups.
Booking questionsLearn enough to prepare before the meeting.
Collect contact details and use a suitable booking form for relevant questions, such as the service requested. Keep the form short and only ask for information needed for the appointment.
Confirmations and remindersGive customers the details at the right moment.
Configure booking updates, reminders and follow-up messages using available channels. Channel connections, consent and usage charges apply. Coordinate calendar notifications with workflows so the same event does not produce duplicate reminders.
Payments at bookingCollect an eligible booking fee or deposit.
A supported payment connection and calendar setup can collect payment during booking, including deposits where available. Confirm provider eligibility, fees and cancellation terms. Cancelling an appointment does not by itself promise a refund.
Appointment Scheduling
Three booking journeys, explained.
A consulting appointment
A prospect chooses an available consultation and explains what they want to discuss. The configured confirmation provides the meeting details. Before the call, the consultant reviews the contact and the submitted question. The booking starts the conversation; it does not qualify the prospect by itself.

An estimate visit
A home-service business offers estimate appointments with time allowed between visits. The booking form asks for the service and location. A coordinator reviews the request and service area. Calendar buffers reserve time; they do not calculate an optimized travel route.
Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.
A small-group workshop
A trainer uses a class calendar with a defined seat limit. Participants choose a session and complete the booking details. If payment is configured and supported, the booking flow collects the required amount. The trainer checks the attendee list before the session.

Questions before you start
Can customers book from our website?
Yes. You can share the appropriate calendar link or use a booking widget on a supported website. Test the published experience on mobile and desktop, including the confirmation and meeting details.
Can we keep using our existing calendar?
Supported external calendars can connect to the scheduling setup. Choose the calendars used for conflict checking and confirm the intended sync behavior. Connection permissions and availability settings need to stay current.
Which calendar type is right for a team?
Use round robin when one eligible team member should take the appointment, collective booking when several hosts must attend together, and class booking when several customers book seats in one session. Service-specific needs may call for a service calendar.
How are time zones handled?
Review the host’s time zone and the booking page’s time-zone settings. Customers should check the displayed zone before selecting a time. Test a booking from another zone, especially when serving customers across regions.
Will reminders eliminate no-shows?
No. Reminders help customers remember and prepare, but attendance is never guaranteed. Choose useful timing and a clear rescheduling path. Available channels require the right connections, consent and applicable usage budget.
Can customers reschedule or cancel?
Yes, when those options are enabled for the calendar. Configure the allowed changes and customer-facing policy, then test the links and notifications. Review payment or refund handling separately for paid appointments.
Can we charge for an appointment or collect a deposit?
Eligible calendar setups can collect payment through a supported provider, including deposits where available. Confirm the provider, currency, fees and terms for your business. Payment collection is a configured option, not an automatic part of every booking.
Does the strategy-call button activate scheduling for my business?
No. It takes you to CreateMomento’s consultation booking flow. We discuss your appointment needs and current plan, then define any setup or ongoing service separately. It does not activate a calendar, subscription or payment service.
