Built around your work

Keep the agreement out of the email guessing game.

The client is ready to move forward, but the proposal is in one inbox and the latest terms are in another file. A shared document process helps your team know what was sent and who still needs to act.

Give the delivery team a defined point for checking whether work can begin.

Proposals, Contracts & E-Signatures

Move the agreement forward without losing its context.

Use the available document tools with terms your business has approved.

Templates and PDFsStart from the right version.

Create a document or upload a PDF with fillable fields. Reusable templates give repeat engagements a consistent starting point.

Reusable contentKeep repeated sections easier to maintain.

Save approved sections in the content library and insert them into documents. Review the resulting scope and client details before sending.

Assigned signer fieldsMake responsibilities visible.

Assign signature and other fields to specific recipients. Confirm who must sign, who only needs a copy and which person is the primary recipient.

Document statusKnow what still needs attention.

Review document progress and use a configured status-based workflow for follow-up. A document event is a signal to check the record, not proof that delivery is ready.

Signed recordsKeep a reference after completion.

Download the completed document and its available signature certificate. Define who can access these records and how your business retains them.

Optional invoice handoffGive the payer a next step after signing.

Configured documents can generate an invoice. With direct payment enabled and an invoice available at signing, the primary signer can continue to payment.

Proposals, Contracts & E-Signatures

Turn a sales conversation into an agreed scope.

01 / 03

A new client engagement

A studio prepares a proposal for a website project using its approved scope. The owner checks the deliverables, revisions and client details before asking for a signature.

Know what each record tells your team.

A document connects the sales conversation to the agreed work. Other tools handle the surrounding steps.

Scope, recipients and document completion.

Define the document process before sending.

We check your account, available features and usage needs before recommending a plan. Software access, custom setup and ongoing management are scoped separately.

Questions before you start

Can we use our existing agreement?

You can upload a PDF and add supported fields. Check the final document and field placement before sending, especially on mobile. Uploading a file does not review its terms.

Can more than one person sign?

Yes. Assign fields to the relevant recipients and verify the required signing process. Partial signing is not completion; check every required signer before proceeding.

Does a signature mean the client has paid?

No. Signing and payment are separate events. Check the payment result before treating a deposit or invoice as paid.

Will every signer be taken to checkout?

No. The direct-payment handoff is for the primary signer when enabled and an invoice exists at signing. A recurring invoice that starts later does not create an immediate checkout redirect.

Can we automate document follow-up?

Configured workflows can respond to document status and template conditions. Review the trigger, recipients and existing reminders so customers do not receive overlapping messages.

Will editing a template change a document already sent?

No. Template edits apply to future documents. Handle a correction to an existing agreement as a separate reviewed action.

Are electronic signatures valid for every document?

Do not assume universal suitability. Your legal adviser should confirm the document type and applicable requirements. The software provides a signing process, not legal advice.

Will a signed agreement automatically start the project?

Only if you configure that process. Decide whether all signatures, payment and an internal review are required, then test the handoff before relying on it.
