Payments, Invoices & Subscriptions
Make the next payment easier to manage.
Send clear invoices, organize recurring billing and follow payment status in CreateMomento. Give customers a clear request and your team a record to work from.
Built around your work
Stop reconstructing the billing conversation.
A client asks what they owe. Someone searches an email, another checks a payment dashboard, and the answer takes longer than it should. Keeping billing requests and customer records connected gives your team a clearer place to start.

Payments, Invoices & Subscriptions
Give each billing task a clear place.
Choose the billing flow that fits the agreement. Availability depends on your account and payment provider.
Itemized invoicesExplain what the customer is paying for.
Prepare products or services, quantities, due dates and applicable tax entries before sending. Clear descriptions help customers check the request.
Recurring invoicesPrepare repeat billing once.
Create a schedule with a start date, frequency and end condition. Future invoices follow that setup, so changes to the service need a billing review.
Optional auto-payReduce repeated manual payment steps.
Eligible recurring schedules can charge an available customer card. Confirm authorization, the selected card and when automatic charging begins.
Subscription recordsSee the state of ongoing billing.
Review supported subscription amounts, status and provider details. Available management actions depend on the provider, record and permissions.
Invoice remindersFollow up on eligible unpaid invoices.
Configure reminder timing and messages. Standard reminders apply when auto-pay is off and no payment schedule exists; review the actual invoice settings.
Payment follow-upConnect a payment event to the next task.
A configured workflow can respond to a payment record. Choose filters carefully, including how manual entries are handled, before using it to trigger onboarding.
Payments, Invoices & Subscriptions
Make common billing moments easier to handle.
A finished consultation
A consultant prepares an invoice that names the completed session and its agreed fee. Before sending, the consultant checks the customer, due date and payment route.

A monthly service
A maintenance business sets a recurring invoice schedule for ongoing work. When the service ends, the billing owner ends the schedule and checks outstanding invoices separately.

A question about a charge
A client asks about their monthly bill. The team reviews the subscription and invoice records, explains the relevant charge and assigns any correction to the person with billing access.

Questions before you start
Are recurring invoices and subscriptions the same?
No. A recurring invoice schedule generates invoices over time. The Subscriptions area contains supported subscription records and does not list recurring invoice templates. Choose the flow that fits the agreement.
Does auto-pay start immediately?
Not always. Timing depends on the card option and whether invoices already exist. Review the next occurrence and payment method before relying on automatic collection.
Does voiding one invoice stop future billing?
No. Voiding one invoice does not end its recurring schedule. End the schedule separately when the agreed billing should stop.
Can we accept payments in any country?
No. Payment methods and business eligibility depend on the connected provider and country. We confirm the intended flow before recommending setup.
Does a payment record mean funds have settled?
Not necessarily. Do not treat a pending or processing status as a completed payment. Check the provider result and reconcile it with your finance records before treating funds as settled.
Does this replace our accounting system?
No. Use billing records alongside your accounting and reconciliation process. Your finance owner remains responsible for the books and tax treatment.
Will paying automatically start client delivery?
Only if an appropriate workflow has been configured and tested. Define the event, conditions and owner so a manual entry or unrelated payment does not start the wrong process.
Is payment processing included in the platform price?
Do not assume it is. Provider fees, usage charges and any setup or managed service scope are confirmed separately. This page describes capabilities, not a new pricing plan.
