Online Stores
Give customers a clear way to browse and buy.
Build a focused online store in CreateMomento. Present your products, guide customers through checkout and keep order details ready for the people handling delivery.
Built around your work
Turn product questions into a clear purchase path.
A customer should not need a message thread to choose a product or find out how to order. A clear storefront puts the details and purchase path together, while your team stays responsible for delivering what you sell.

Online Stores
Build a store around what you can deliver.
Start with a catalog your team can maintain. Confirm the available features and payment setup before launch.
Product pagesHelp customers understand what they are choosing.
Add descriptions, product media, prices and variants. Keep the information specific enough to answer common questions before checkout.
Store checkoutGive browsing a clear next step.
Use the store’s product, cart and checkout pages to complete a supported purchase. Test the full route on mobile before sharing the store.
Inventory controlsKeep availability aligned with your stock.
Maintain quantities by product variant and review the option to continue selling when out of stock. Tracking only helps when someone keeps the numbers current.
Shipping rulesShow delivery choices that match your operation.
Configure delivery zones and flat or conditional rates. Check representative addresses and carts so the offered rates match where and how you deliver.
Digital downloadsMake purchased files available after checkout.
For supported store orders, attach valid files to the purchased digital product or variant and configure customer access. Verify the download and confirmation message before selling.
Packing slipsGive fulfillment a useful order reference.
Generate a packing slip with the ordered items and quantities for eligible store orders. Packing, postage and physical shipment still need an owner.
Online Stores
Picture a store your team can keep running.
A care kit after an appointment
A service business offers a care kit in its store. The team writes a clear description, checks stock and delivery settings, then tests an order before promoting the kit.

A downloadable planning guide
A consultant sells a planning guide as a digital product. Before launch, they test the purchased variant’s file, confirmation email and customer download access.

Two sizes of one product
A small retailer offers two sizes. The stock owner updates each variant’s quantity and checks the out-of-stock setting so the listing reflects the intended selling policy.

Questions before you start
Can we sell both physical and digital products?
Supported stores can offer both. Physical orders need fulfillment; digital downloads need valid files attached to the purchased product or variant. Test each type of order separately.
Is a download the same as a course enrollment?
No. A downloadable file and access to structured lessons are different experiences. Use the course-offer setup when buyers need lessons, rather than assuming a digital file grants course access.
Does the platform pack and ship orders for us?
No. Store tools help manage the order. Your team or an agreed fulfillment provider handles packing and shipment. A packing slip does not purchase postage or dispatch a parcel.
Can we stop selling when stock runs out?
Inventory settings include an option to continue selling when out of stock. Review that choice and the tracked quantities for each relevant variant before accepting orders.
Why would a customer not see a download?
Check that a valid file is attached to the exact digital product or variant purchased. Also check the access path and store confirmation settings; creating a product alone does not deliver a file.
Can any business sell any product?
No. Provider rules, business location and product restrictions apply. Confirm eligibility before configuring payments or advertising an offer.
Does this handle every shipping and tax requirement?
No. Configure supported delivery options around your operation and have your finance owner confirm tax treatment. The tools do not determine your obligations or guarantee carrier service.
Can we move an existing store?
Possibly, after reviewing the catalog, design, integrations, orders and delivery process. Migration is a separate scope; do not assume every feature of another store transfers unchanged.
