Ask AI
Know the context. Move the work forward.
Your AI assistant inside CreateMomento. Catch up on customer history, prepare content and carry out supported tasks with a plain-language request.
Built around your work
Spend less of your day piecing things together.
Before you can follow up, you need the story: what the customer asked, what your teammate promised and what still needs attention. Ask AI helps you bring that context together and work on the next step from the same workspace.

Ask AI
Prepare for the conversation before it starts.
Get familiar with the customer’s recent history, then bring your own judgment to the conversation. Your team keeps the relationship personal.
Ask AI
Ask. Review. Take the next step.
- 01
Describe the job
Name the contact, content or task you want help with. Add the details that matter, such as a due date, audience or approved offer.
- 02
Review the response
Read the summary or draft. For a supported action, check the target record and proposed changes, and respond to any confirmation request.
- 03
Check the result
Verify the resulting record or content. Ask AI can carry out supported actions as well as offer guidance; use the relevant editor when a task needs more work.
Put your customer context to work.
Follow up with the full picture
Bring contact history into a focused summary before a call or handoff. You can spend the conversation addressing the customer’s question instead of retracing it.
Reach a first draft sooner
Turn a brief into an email draft or content idea, then refine it. Give Ask AI your brand context and approved details so you have something useful to review.
Turn a next step into a task
Ask it to create or update supported CRM records and follow-up tasks. Specify who should own the work and when it is due, then check the result.
Ask AI
Build a working rhythm that suits your team.
Beyond a single question, Ask AI offers ways to start, organize and repeat work. Availability depends on your enabled tools and plan.
Guided templatesFind a starting point for a familiar job.
Choose a task template, then supply the business details it needs. A guided starting point helps you describe the work without having to invent the perfect prompt.
Saved preferencesCarry useful context into later conversations.
Memory can retain useful context from your conversations, including preferences you ask it to remember. Saved items are tied to your user. Review and remove them as your work changes. Memory, chat history and a shared knowledge base serve different purposes.
Separate conversationsKeep different jobs from becoming one long thread.
Use separate conversations for separate tasks and return to their history or status. That makes it easier to continue one piece of work without mixing it with another.
Recurring promptsRepeat a useful check on a schedule.
Where scheduled tasks are available, set a prompt to run again and inspect its results. Scheduling a prompt does not automatically email its output or remove applicable usage limits.
Content and imagesDevelop the material your next campaign needs.
Create or revise an email template, explore image ideas, or work through a guided content task. Review the result and use the relevant editor to prepare it for publication.
Connected toolsExtend a task through an approved connection.
Supported connectors can bring selected external tools into the work. They require the appropriate connection, permissions and any third-party subscription. A connection does not grant unrestricted access.
Ask AI
Three ways to use it in your day.
Before a customer call
A service coordinator asks: “Summarize Rosa’s recent conversations and highlight any unanswered question.” The example result brings the latest request and open question into one place. The coordinator checks the original record, then starts the call with that context.
Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.
Preparing a campaign email
A marketing coordinator asks: “Draft an email announcing our Saturday workshop. Use the approved date, price and registration link.” The draft is a starting point for editing tone and checking details. Creating a draft does not mean sending the campaign.
Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.
Following up on an estimate
A sales teammate asks: “Create a task for Alex to follow up on this estimate tomorrow.” In a supported action flow, the teammate reviews the contact, owner and due date, confirms when prompted, and checks that the task was created. Sending the customer a message is a separate action.

Questions before you start
What can I ask Ask AI to do?
Start with a specific job: summarize a contact, draft an email or create a follow-up task. Other supported tasks cover content and parts of your CRM, calendars and business tools. The available actions depend on the tools and permissions in your account.
Can it take action, or does it only give advice?
It can perform supported actions as well as answer questions and prepare drafts. Check which record it will affect, review any proposed changes and confirmation requests, and verify the result. Some requests still need the normal editor or manual controls.
Does Ask AI answer my customers automatically?
Ask AI is an assistant for your team. Customer-facing chat and phone agents are separate features. Sending a message is different from drafting one and should be an intentional, reviewed action.
Can it edit my automation workflows?
Ask AI can retrieve information about existing workflows, but editing their steps is not part of the capability described here. Use the workflow builder for those changes. Scheduled Ask AI prompts are also distinct from workflow automations.
What does it remember?
Saved memory can keep useful preferences for later conversations, with controls to review and remove them. It is different from your chat history and from the business information maintained in a knowledge base.
Is usage unlimited or included in every plan?
Access and usage vary by plan and setup. Ask AI can be subject to usage allowances, usage windows or consumption charges. Review the current offer and applicable limits when choosing your plan.
Can everyone use it on mobile?
Mobile availability differs by role and app experience. Confirm which experience is supported for your team before making it part of your mobile workflow.
How should our team get started?
Choose one repeatable task and the information needed to do it well. A strategy call can help identify that starting point and clarify the right software and support scope. You do not need to plan every possible AI use case at once.
