Built around your work

Make the first conversation count.

You are helping a customer when the phone rings. By the time you call back, you still need to find out what they wanted. An AI receptionist can handle the first part of that conversation and leave your team better prepared to continue.

From a ringing phone to a clear next step.

  1. 01

    Choose when AI answers

Use the agent as the first answer or as backup in a configured call flow. Set working hours and decide what happens when a caller needs a person.

  2. 02

    Answer and collect context

The agent uses your business information and asks the questions you define. It can save selected details, offer a booking or attempt a transfer through configured actions.

  3. 03

    Review the outcome

Check the call record and any booking or follow-up action. Give your team responsibility for unresolved requests and use real call reviews to improve the setup.

Keep serving customers while new inquiries come in.

Handle familiar questions

Let callers ask about hours, locations and services while your staff focuses on work that needs their attention. Keep the answers tied to information your business maintains.

Prepare a useful callback

Collect the reason for the call and relevant details before a teammate follows up. A callback can start with the customer’s request instead of another round of basic questions.

Make scheduling part of the call

When booking is configured, callers can choose an available appointment during the conversation. They do not have to wait for a teammate to send a separate scheduling link.

AI Receptionist & Voice Agents

A receptionist with a defined role in your business.

Select the call tasks that fit your process. Each action needs the right information, destination and settings before the agent handles live calls.

Call coverage and routingChoose where AI fits into your phone service.

Configure direct answering or backup coverage around your team’s schedule. The assigned number, forwarding, timeouts and working hours affect which calls reach the agent. A phone number connection alone does not guarantee every call will be answered.

Business knowledgeGive callers answers about your services.

Connect maintained business information, such as service areas, opening hours and policies. Define when the agent should use it and what needs a person’s judgment. Test unfamiliar wording and unanswered questions; adding a knowledge base does not guarantee accurate answers.

Appointment bookingOffer available times during the conversation.

Connect the booking action to one calendar or multiple eligible calendars. The agent can collect required details and confirm an available slot using calendar rules. Calendar booking confirmations and post-call emails are separate settings, so review both to avoid confusing notifications.

Caller details and follow-upCarry the request into the next step.

Configure contact-field updates and selected workflows to save useful answers or start follow-up. Some actions run during the call and others after it ends. Decide which information belongs in each field and what should happen before any message is sent.

Transfer to a personGive exceptions a route to the team.

Set conditions for transferring a live call to a human phone number. Choose the destination and test the actual phone route, including unanswered calls. A transfer attempt is not a promise that someone is available; define a fallback your business can fulfill.

Call reviewSee what happened before expanding the role.

Review available summaries, transcripts, recordings and triggered actions in the call logs. Use those records to spot missing information and unclear responses. Check important details against the conversation rather than treating an AI summary as a verified outcome.

What a useful call can look like.

01 / 03

An estimate request while the crew is out

A homeowner calls about fence installation. The configured agent asks about the project and service area, then saves the relevant details for the office. A teammate reviews the request and prepares the estimate process. The agent does not invent a price or promise a start date.

Questions before you start

Can the AI answer only when we are unavailable?

Yes, a backup call flow can be configured. Working hours, forwarding and timeout settings must work together. Test business hours, after-hours calls and unanswered transfers before using the setup with customers.

Can callers book without opening a link?

Yes. A configured booking action can offer available slots and confirm an appointment during the call. Eligible calendars and their rules determine what can be booked. A post-call email does not replace the calendar’s booking confirmation settings.

Can it serve callers in English and Spanish?

Yes. The multilingual option supports English and Spanish in one agent when a compatible voice is selected. Test both languages, names and service terms, including callers who switch languages during a conversation.

What happens when someone asks for a person?

Configure a transfer condition and a destination phone number. Your team must decide who answers and what happens if nobody picks up. The AI cannot provide staff coverage that your business has not arranged.

Can we keep our current business number?

That depends on your phone provider and routing options. We review forwarding, number eligibility and the intended call flow before recommending changes. A strategy call does not move or activate a phone number.

Can we review the calls?

Available call logs include summaries, transcripts, recordings and action details. Set appropriate access and recording disclosures for your business, and avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive information. Review important outcomes rather than relying only on summaries.

Does this include unlimited calls or outbound campaigns?

No unlimited usage or outbound campaign is promised on this page. Phone and AI usage depend on the agreed plan and setup. This page focuses on inbound calls; outbound calling needs a separate scope and review.

What do we need to get started?

Bring the common reasons people call, business information, calendar needs and a person responsible for exceptions. We use a strategy call to define the software, setup, testing and ongoing support your business needs.
