Webinar Funnels
Give your webinar a clear path from signup to follow-up.
Connect registration, viewing instructions and follow-up in CreateMomento. Help people reach your live presentation or recorded session, then give them a useful next step.
Built around your work
Make room for the work that matters
A good presentation can still leave people searching for the joining link. Separate forms, reminders and replay emails make the experience harder to manage.

Webinar Funnels
Connect the work around your presentation.
A webinar funnel guides the audience before and after the content. Start with the format and the action you want viewers to take.
Registration formsKnow who asked to join.
Connect a selected form to the webinar and CRM. Ask for useful details, explain the follow-up and test the submission.
Branded pagesMake the next step easy to find.
Use registration, confirmation and broadcast-page templates. Review the form, video and instructions in the chosen layout before sharing it.
Live sessionsGive attendees the right place and time.
Set the date, time and timezone, then add your streaming link. The live meeting service still needs its own setup and access checks.
On-demand videoLet people learn when they are ready.
Use a prerecorded video for viewing after registration. Check playback and keep the content current; a recording should not be presented as a live session.
Reminder workflowsPrepare the messages around the session.
Configure confirmations, reminders and follow-up. Check sender setup, consent, timing and overlapping automations before enabling messages.
Recurring webinarsBuild a repeatable session schedule.
Where available, configure a recurring series instead of rebuilding each date. Verify the next session, registration behavior and reminder timing after schedule changes.

An example, step by step
A consultant’s live workshop
A consultant explains a common client problem. Registrants receive joining instructions through a tested workflow, followed by a resource and an optional strategy-call link.
Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.
A recorded product walkthrough
A service business shares a recorded demonstration after signup. The confirmation page explains that it is on demand and points viewers to the next step.
Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.
A recurring training session
A trainer sets up a recurring webinar series. Before promoting it, the team checks the upcoming session, timezone and reminder sequence using a test registration.

Questions before you start
Does CreateMomento host the live video meeting?
The live webinar funnel uses a streaming link. Confirm the meeting service, its limits and attendee access separately. The funnel organizes the registration and viewing journey.
What is different about an on-demand webinar?
It uses a recording that people can access after registration without joining at a scheduled live time. Prepare and test the recording before promotion.
Can we reuse a design?
Yes. Webinar templates reuse layouts and insert the selected form and video. Review every new webinar’s details rather than assuming a reused design is ready to publish.
Can we run a recurring series?
Recurring settings support a series where available. One registration can cover the series, so test the attendee experience and explain what they are joining.
Do reminder messages start working without setup?
Review and enable the intended workflows after testing. Check consent, sender configuration and timing, including late registrations and messages from other automations.
Does registration prove someone watched?
No. A registration records interest. Verify what viewing or attendance data your chosen delivery setup provides before using it for reporting or follow-up.
Can we offer a replay?
Prepare the recording and its access link, then use a tested follow-up workflow. A replay is not created merely by adding a live meeting link.
Will a webinar automatically generate sales?
No result is guaranteed. Topic, audience, presentation and follow-up matter. Agree on the campaign scope and review actual inquiries separately from signups.
