Courses & Memberships
Give your knowledge a clear learning path.
Organize lessons, package course access and guide learners to their next step in CreateMomento. Build a useful program your team can support and keep current.
Built around your work
Make the learning path easier to follow.
When training lives in scattered videos and shared folders, learners have to work out where to start. A structured course brings the sequence and resources together so people can focus on learning.

Courses & Memberships
Build the learning experience beyond the checkout.
A course needs useful content, an access path and someone responsible for the learner experience.
Organized lessonsMake the next lesson easier to find.
Arrange your material into a course structure with lesson content and resources. Preview the sequence so it supports what learners need to do.
Course offersExplain what access the learner receives.
An offer packages one or more courses. Review its content and pricing, then publish the offer before sharing its enrollment link.
Purchase-to-access setupConnect the sale to the correct course.
A payment product can be linked to a published membership offer. Verify that link and test access after purchase; a product without the connection does not enroll the buyer.
Access durationMatch availability to your program.
Supported offer settings can define a start date or a limited access period. Explain those terms before enrollment and check what the learner sees.
Enrollment workflowsUse a defined event to grant access.
A configured workflow can grant an existing course offer. Include the appropriate login instructions and conditions that prevent repeated welcome messages.
Ask AI assistanceGet a starting point for course creation.
Where available, Ask AI can help with outlines, lesson drafts, quizzes and supported settings. Review the content and changes in the course builder before publishing.
Courses & Memberships
Build around the people who will use the course.
A client onboarding course
A consultant turns recurring onboarding questions into short lessons. A test learner checks access, follows the sequence and confirms where to ask for help.

A time-limited training program
A trainer defines an access period and explains it in the offer. Before launch, the team checks the start and end behavior rather than relying on the billing schedule alone.

An updated lesson library
A team notices that one lesson describes an old process. The content owner updates it and previews the learner view before directing members to the revised guidance.

Questions before you start
What is the difference between a course and an offer?
The course contains the learning material. The offer packages access to one or more courses. Check that the intended course is attached and the offer is published before sharing it.
Can we provide free onboarding?
Yes. A suitable free offer can give clients access without a payment gateway. Configure the enrollment route and test the login instructions as well as the lessons.
Will every learner automatically receive login instructions?
Do not assume that for every route. Granting a course offer through a workflow needs an appropriate follow-up email step. Check the welcome settings for your chosen enrollment path and test the actual message.
Does canceling a subscription automatically remove course access?
Do not assume billing and access change together. Define and test what should happen after cancellation, failed payment or an expired access period before selling the program.
Can Ask AI build the course for us?
Where available, it can assist with outlines, lessons, quizzes and supported course settings. Your team still reviews accuracy, learner needs, access and publishing decisions. It does not replace teaching or subject expertise.
Does this include a branded mobile app?
No. A branded client portal app is a separate offer with its own eligibility and setup. Confirm the learner experience included in your selected plan.
Can we migrate an existing course?
Review the source platform, media, lesson structure, offers and learner access first. Migration has its own scope, and every transferred course needs a learner-view check.
Who creates and maintains the lessons?
Your team provides or approves the material and owns ongoing support unless a separate service is agreed. Assign someone to revise outdated lessons and handle access questions.
