Reputation & Review Management
Make customer feedback part of how you run your business.
Ask for honest reviews, keep up with feedback and prepare thoughtful replies in CreateMomento. Build a consistent process from invitation to response.
Built around your work
Good service deserves a consistent follow-through.
A customer leaves useful feedback, but nobody knows who should reply. Another finishes a job and never receives an invitation. When reviews depend on someone remembering, both the customer conversation and the chance to learn get missed.
Reputation & Review Management
From a completed service to a useful conversation.
- 01
Choose a fair invitation process
Invite feedback after a real experience. Apply the same criteria whether you expect praise or criticism.
- 02
Make it easy to respond
Connect eligible profiles. Prepare the invitation and choose its channel, timing and responsible team member.
- 03
Read, respond and learn
Check the feedback and facts. Publish a helpful response, then bring recurring concerns to your team.
Put feedback to work across your business.
Follow through after service
A home-service team can make feedback part of job completion instead of leaving it to each technician to remember.
Give replies a clear owner
An office manager can set aside time to read reviews and involve the right colleague when a customer raises a concern.
Help prospects evaluate your business
Real customer experiences on a service page give visitors something concrete to consider alongside your description of the work.
Reputation & Review Management
A practical home for requests, replies and feedback.
Start with the parts your team will use consistently. Expand the process once the connections, messages and responsibilities are clear.
Review invitationsGive customers a clear way to share their experience.
Prepare personalized SMS or email requests and choose their destination. A manual action or configured workflow starts the request; finishing a job does not trigger it unless your process is connected.
Follow-up timingKeep reminders considerate.
Set a delay and a retry limit. The channel stops retrying when it detects a review-link click. A click does not confirm that the customer posted a review.
Connected review monitoringSee feedback that needs your attention.
Bring reviews from connected Google and Facebook profiles into your reputation workspace. Give someone responsibility for checking new feedback and coordinating replies. Other review sites need separate compatibility checks.
AI-assisted repliesStart with a draft and add your judgment.
AI can suggest a response, while optional automatic-reply settings can publish without a manual approval step. We recommend starting with reviewed drafts. Check facts, tone and sensitive details before a public reply.
Website review displaysShow real experiences alongside your services.
Add a branded review widget using supported connected sources. Choose a layout that fits the page and check its presentation on mobile. Describe a selected collection honestly rather than presenting it as all customer feedback.
Review trendsBring customer feedback into team discussions.
Track requests, received reviews and rating trends. Sentiment labels help organize feedback but need context; ratings can supply the label when no comment exists. Read the reviews before deciding what needs to change.
Reputation & Review Management
What a review process can look like.
After a completed repair
An HVAC office records a finished job. Its configured workflow sends an invitation to share an honest experience. The office checks new feedback during its daily review, alongside any service follow-up the customer still needs.
Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.
A complaint about communication
A customer says the arrival time was unclear. The manager checks what happened, edits an AI-assisted draft and offers an appropriate next step without exposing private job details. The team also reviews how it communicates arrival windows.
Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.
Before a visitor requests a quote
A landscaping business adds a review display near its service explanation. Visitors can read real customer experiences before contacting the team. The owner checks that the source, selection and presentation remain accurate.

Questions before you start
Which review sites can we connect?
Google and Facebook are documented sources for connected review management. Confirm profile ownership, permissions and available features for your account. A link to another review site does not mean its reviews will sync back.
Should we ask only happy customers?
No. Invite genuine feedback using fair criteria. Google prohibits selectively asking for positive reviews and offering incentives. Do not screen customers by satisfaction before giving them the public review link.
Can we send reminders?
Yes, with configured timing and limits. Keep the message welcome and respect consent and opt-outs. Review your other follow-up messages too, so customers do not receive overlapping requests.
Does a clicked link mean a review was posted?
No. Treat invitation activity and published feedback as different measures. Do not report a click as a new review.
Does AI have to publish the reply?
No. You can use suggested drafts that a person checks. Automatic replies are an optional setup choice, not a requirement. Complaints and sensitive situations benefit from a responsible person reviewing the response.
Will this remove bad reviews or guarantee better rankings?
No. This helps your team manage feedback. It does not control what customers write, guarantee removal or promise search positions. Address the underlying experience and follow the review platform process when appropriate.
Is this the same as Local Listings?
No. Listings focus on business information such as your address and hours. Review management focuses on customer feedback. They support each other but have different setup and service scopes.
How do we get started?
Bring your review profiles, the point when a service is complete and the person who will handle replies. A strategy call helps define a manageable process and the support your team needs.
