Built around your work

Give the draft a better starting point.

Starting from a blank page takes effort. Starting from a generic AI draft can take just as much editing. A clear brief and current brand references give the tool a more useful place to begin.

AI Content & Brand Tools

Give the tools context your team can stand behind.

AI supplies a starting version. Your business supplies the facts and judgment.

Content briefsStart with the message, not a blank prompt.

Provide the topic, audience, goal and relevant details in supported content tools. A focused brief helps the draft address a real customer question. Verify offers and supporting facts before adding them.

Saved brand voiceReuse your communication guidelines.

Define business information, tone and messaging in a saved Brand Voice. Select it in supported AI tools and review the applied settings. The profile guides generation; it does not guarantee every sentence sounds right.

Voice from existing copyBuild a reference you can refine.

Create a starting Brand Voice from representative text or a website URL, then edit the generated fields. Use material that reflects your current business. A website-derived profile can carry over outdated claims unless you correct them.

Draft variationsCompare ways to explain the same idea.

Supported Content AI tools let you adjust tone, length and variations. Compare the wording against the same brief and choose what communicates best. Generating variants is not an audience test.

Channel contextWrite for where the message will appear.

Drafting assistance is available, where enabled, in documented email, blog, social and page tools. Social inputs can reflect the destination and type of post. Review each version for its format; a draft does not schedule or send itself.

Visual brand referencesKeep the right assets within reach.

Store logos, colors and fonts in a Design Kit for use in supported builders. Check the assets and their rights before use. Changing kit colors does not retroactively recolor existing emails or funnels.

An email with a specific purpose

A service business provides the facts for a maintenance reminder and selects its saved voice. The team edits the draft to remove vague promises and confirms the next-step link before preparing the email campaign.

Questions before you start

Will AI know our business without a brief?

It needs relevant context. Provide current facts, the intended audience and approved brand guidance. A generated draft may still invent or misunderstand details, so someone who knows the business should review it.

What is the difference between Brand Voice and a Design Kit?

Brand Voice guides language and messaging. A Design Kit organizes visual assets such as logos, colors and fonts. They help with different parts of the work and do not replace a full brand strategy.

Can we start from our existing website?

Yes, a Brand Voice can be generated from a reference URL or text. Review the resulting fields before saving. Use your own representative material and remove anything outdated or inaccurate.

Can we use more than one brand voice?

Yes, saved voices can support different brands or audiences. Select the intended voice for the content session and check the applied settings. A default selection is not a substitute for review.

Does updating the brand kit update old content?

Changing kit colors does not recolor existing emails or funnels. Review existing assets and published content separately after a brand change. Saved voice changes also do not amount to approval of old copy.

Does this automatically publish our content?

This page describes drafting and brand-reference tools. Publishing and sending depend on the destination tool and its configuration. We recommend review before public use; do not assume the software enforces a human approval step everywhere.

Are image generation and unlimited AI usage included?

Do not assume either. Available media tools, usage limits and charges need to be confirmed for your account and service. Rights and suitability must be reviewed for each asset.

Is this a managed content service?

Software assistance and a managed content program are different scopes. Research, strategy, writing, design, approvals and ongoing publishing require an agreed owner and service scope.
