Getting started

Get ready for your account setup

Bring the business details your implementation team needs, without sharing private customer records.

Read guide
  1. List your services, business hours and timezone. Mark anything that still needs a decision so the team does not configure an assumption.
  2. Name the people responsible for bookings, customer replies and approvals. List the tools you already use, but keep passwords and access keys out of the document.
  3. Choose one outcome for the first phase. Review what is included, what you need to provide and who approves the setup before work begins.

What to check

You have confirmed business details, named owners and a first-phase goal. Completing this checklist does not configure your account.

When to ask for help

Ask your implementation contact when the scope, responsibilities or ownership of data is unclear.

Getting help

Explain a problem so support can help

A clear request helps the support team understand the issue and its impact.

Read guide
  1. Describe the task you tried, what you expected and what happened instead. Keep each request focused on one issue.
  2. Include the approximate time, timezone and the error message with private details removed. Say whether the issue affects one person or the wider team.
  3. Send the request through your current support channel. Keep any confirmation or reference it provides and continue there with additional details.

What to check

Your request explains the issue and its impact. Reading a guide on this page does not create or send a support ticket.

When to ask for help

Ask for a person if you cannot access your account, suspect a privacy problem or need a sensitive account change.

Getting help

Ask for a person and keep the context

Prepare a short handoff so you do not need to explain the same issue again.

Read guide
  1. In your current support conversation, say that you would like help from a person. Describe the decision or issue that needs review.
  2. Include a short summary of what you tried and any existing request reference. Remove private information before forwarding a transcript or screenshot.
  3. Wait for an actual acknowledgment before assuming a person has taken over. If you receive no confirmation, follow up through your established support channel.

What to check

You can distinguish a request for help from a confirmed response. This Help Center does not provide live chat or promise a response time.

When to ask for help

Use your existing support contact when you need account-specific help. Do not share credentials to speed up a handoff.

Privacy and sharing

Share screenshots and recordings safely

Show the problem without exposing customer information or access credentials.

Read guide
  1. Use fictional data where possible. Hide passwords, access keys, payment details and private customer information before recording or taking a screenshot.
  2. Keep the example focused on the issue. Check every visible tab, notification and recording segment before sharing it.
  3. Use the private sharing method approved by your support contact. If an upload fails, ask for an alternative rather than making a private file public.

What to check

The example shows the issue with sensitive information removed. This Help Center does not accept uploads or recordings.

When to ask for help

If a secret or private record was shared by mistake, stop sharing it and contact the responsible person through your established private channel. Do not repeat the sensitive value.

Your account

Review a proposed account change

Understand the target, impact and recovery plan before approving a change.

Read guide
  1. Confirm the exact account, desired outcome and affected settings. Ask for a specific plan instead of a broad instruction to fix everything.
  2. Review dependencies, risks and the recovery approach. Ask who approves changes to billing, access, publishing and outgoing communications.
  3. After an approved change, check the result against the agreed outcome. If the result is uncertain, ask the owner to reconcile it before repeating the action.

What to check

You understand the proposed change and have evidence for any completed work. Guidance in this library is not approval to change your account.

When to ask for help

Pause if the account is unclear, approval is missing or the outcome is uncertain. Bring the question to the person responsible for the account.

Your account

Check what your products and services include

Separate platform access from implementation, ongoing services and usage charges.

Read guide
  1. Find your approved order, scope or agreement. Check which product, implementation phase and ongoing services it covers.
  2. Separate the platform subscription from setup, migration, managed operations and usage charges. Access to a feature does not necessarily include every service needed to run it.
  3. Ask your account contact to clarify missing responsibilities or additional work before approving a change. A support answer is not a new contract or a price quote.

What to check

You know what is included and who owns the next step. Your agreement and confirmed account details govern your service.

When to ask for help

Bring disputed charges, scope changes and contract questions to your account contact. Do not ask an AI assistant to approve a new commitment for you.

Original CreateMomento guidance. Reading a guide does not submit a request or change your account.
