Integrations & Data Connections

Connect the next step without copying the same information twice.

Bring supported lead sources, calendars and external events into a defined CreateMomento workflow. Choose what moves, where it belongs and how the team checks the result.

Built around your work

Make room for the work that matters

A new inquiry should not depend on someone copying it from one tool to another. A useful connection gives the next person the information they need and a clear way to spot a failed transfer.

Integrations & Data Connections

Connect a business process, one useful step at a time.

The right connection depends on the tool, data and action you need. A successful login is only the start.

Lead source connectionsGive the team a record to follow up.

Supported lead-ad connections can bring form responses into CRM fields. Select the right page and form, map the fields and test a submission before relying on the flow.

Calendar connectionsMake outside commitments part of scheduling.

Use supported linked and conflict calendars with the appropriate sync settings. Test busy times, time zones and booking updates; each setting has a different effect.

Incoming eventsLet another tool start a defined workflow.

An inbound webhook receives information from a compatible external app. Map a sample request and configure the actions that should follow. Receiving data alone does not complete the business process.

Outgoing updatesSend the information the next tool needs.

A configured custom webhook can send selected workflow data to an external endpoint. Confirm the receiving system’s required fields, authorization and supported operation.

Matching and field mappingUpdate the intended information.

Decide which system supplies each field and how to identify an existing record. Test missing fields and repeated events so the connection has clear rules for creating or updating data.

Testing and upkeepKnow where to look when a transfer stops.

Review available workflow logs and the destination record during testing. Assign someone to handle expired connections, changed fields and failures. Ongoing monitoring is a separate service unless agreed.

Integrations & Data Connections

An example, step by step

01 / 03

A new lead form response

A service business connects a supported lead form, maps the inquiry fields and submits a test. The team checks the resulting contact before enabling a separately configured follow-up workflow.

Illustrative example. Sample workflow, not a live product screen.

Distinguish the connection from the work it supports.

Moving data, organizing it and acting on it are related steps with different setup needs.

A clear starting point

We check your account, available features and usage needs before recommending a plan. Software access, custom setup and ongoing management are scoped separately.

Questions before you start

Can you connect the software we already use?

We first check the specific tool and task. A built-in connection may cover it; other requests need a compatible connector or separately scoped development. An app name alone does not establish support for every action.

Does a connection sync every field in both directions?

No. Direction, supported fields and update behavior vary. Agree which system controls each value and what should happen if both systems change it.

Will our older records transfer automatically?

Do not assume that. Some connections offer historical imports and others process new events. Review the available option, date range and matching rules before importing existing data.

Are a webhook and a complete integration the same thing?

A webhook passes an event or request between systems. The surrounding setup still needs field mapping, authorization, matching, failure handling and testing.

Can calendar sync trigger unexpected follow-up?

The selected sync mode matters. Some modes only block time; others can create appointments and contacts that may enter configured workflows. Test the mode before enabling it for staff.

What happens if the connection stops?

The response depends on the connection and failure. Assign an owner, review available logs and confirm what reached the destination before replaying work. Automatic recovery should not be assumed.

Is every connection included in the software price?

No. Check plan access, premium action usage, the other provider’s fees and any setup or maintenance scope. A listed capability is not a quote for a completed integration.

Does connecting an app give it all our data?

Access depends on the permissions and implementation. Review requested access and transferred fields, use only what the process needs and reassess access when the connection is no longer required.
