CreateMomento is operated by NEW MINDS GROUP, LLC. Our notice address is 121 Perimeter Center West, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30346, USA.
All payments are month to month, except yearly plans, and you can cancel at any time subject to the non-renewal notice terms below.
Your initial subscription period will be specified in your Subscription Agreement and, unless otherwise specified, will automatically renew. All payments are month to month unless you paid in full with an annual plan.
To prevent renewal, you must provide notice of non-renewal as provided in Section 1.3. You expressly acknowledge and agree that your subscription is continuous and that, until you provide notice of non-renewal or CreateMomento stops providing services consistent with these terms, CreateMomento is authorized to charge your payment method on file for your subscription plus applicable taxes.
Fees for CreateMomento service and any additional Professional Services are set forth in the Subscription Agreement and are payable in advance, irrevocable, and non-refundable except as set forth in the Subscription Agreement and these terms.
Current pricing available on our website on the date of renewal will apply to your renewal subscription period. You are liable for all fees owed under any Subscription Agreement.
Failure to pay fees due under any account you have with us, or amounts under accounts associated with CreateMomento Payments or another payment processor, is a breach of these terms. In that event, we may terminate your account or suspend access to CreateMomento service or Professional Services associated with any account we have with you or under your control.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and contact information for yourself and your organization and to update that information as necessary.
Where payment by credit card is indicated, or where you provide credit card information, you represent that you are authorized to use that credit card and authorize CreateMomento or its third-party payment processor to retain payment information and charge that card when you order services, according to the billing frequency established, and at renewal for fees owed plus applicable sales taxes.
Credit card payments may be subject to additional terms presented by the third-party payment processor, which may be the merchant of record for that transaction. Amounts billed may vary due to usage levels, promotional offers, changes to subscription, or applicable taxes and charges.
CreateMomento reserves the right to verify credit/debit card payments before acceptance, obtain and use updated card account information when applicable, retry failed payments, and change authorized third parties that assist with payment processing.
If CreateMomento permits payment by a method other than credit card, CreateMomento will invoice you monthly in advance of the relevant billing period, and invoices will be due within ten days of receipt. Late payments are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less.
CreateMomento may revoke permission to use an alternate payment method at any time for any reason. We may set off obligations you owe us, to the extent permitted by law, against credits in any account we have with you or under your control. You are liable for collection costs, including attorneys and collection agency fees and expenses.
You may prevent renewal of the Subscription Term for a CreateMomento service by texting (678) 990-9181 or emailing [email protected] at least ten days before the end of your next billing date. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion.
Subscription fees pay for the platform or services in your order. Usage charges pay for services such as calling, messaging, email, AI, number rental, or other metered or third-party features identified in the rate schedule. A wallet top-up adds prepaid funds; it is not itself a subscription payment or a usage event. Paying one category does not automatically settle the other.
A restriction on usage does not itself cancel your subscription, terminate your account, authorize deletion, or release a phone number.
A usage-only restriction, a customer-requested operational pause, or a scheduled maintenance interruption does not automatically stop the base subscription.
